The Victorian started as a small neighborhood plant shop and has grown into a team of people who genuinely care about helping others bring more life into their homes and spaces. Whether we're helping someone choose their first houseplant, designing a large-scale Greenterior installation, maintaining plants for a client, or serving a cocktail upstairs at Burle's, our work is rooted in hospitality, curiosity, and community.

You don't need to know everything about plants to work with us. We can teach plant care. What we can't teach is kindness, initiative, and a genuine desire to help people.

What It's Like to Work Here

No two days look exactly the same. Depending on your role, you might spend your day helping customers on the sales floor, unpacking plant shipments, repotting plants, assisting with installations, caring for client collections, creating content, or supporting special events.

We're a small business, which means everyone contributes, pitches in, and wears a lot of hats. We value teamwork, communication, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
